Importance The subject of this research is the implementation of the State program Developing Industry and Increasing Its Competitiveness. Objectives The article aims to research the execution of this State program. Methods The study used the methods of logical and statistical analysis. Results The article identifies changes in the structure of this State program and presents a reduction in the economic capacity of automobile manufacture. Conclusions and Relevance It is concluded that changes in economic conditions should be made. The State program Developing Industry and Increasing Its Competitiveness needs to be adjusted. The volume of the Federal budget grants should be increased.
