Importance This article discusses the application of tools of information processing, introduction of modern technologies, including tools of digital transformation, which today is of current importance for the financial sector.
Objectives The article aims to investigate the problems of application of artificial intelligence systems, real and virtual worlds pairing.
Methods For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses.
Results In this article, I present my own scheme of multilevel structure of application of artificial intelligence systems in banks today, tomorrow and in the long-term perspective.
Conclusions Artificial intelligence systems in business will lead to fundamental changes in customer service and radical improvement of business efficiency through the use of modern technologies.
