Importance In this article I examine the crisis management plan of January 2017 to timely detect its weaknesses and drawbacks and determine what impedes appropriate crisis management measures.
Methods The research relies upon the abstract logic and monograph methods.
Results Having evaluated measures for the sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation in 2017, I made the following conclusions. First, organizational difficulties constitute the main drawback of the January 2017 crisis plan. Second, I forecast difficulties in the prevailing form of its enforcement, i.e. subsidies for interests on bank loans. This plan has no future as is. The article sets out measures for the plan improvement and recommendations.
Conclusions The proposed scheme for adjustment of crisis management measures will significantly improve the output of the crisis management plan.
