Importance This article discusses the social interaction of the main sectors of society and problems arising in the process of development of rural territories in the framework of intersectoral dialogue. Objectives The article explores the complex structure of cooperation between business, government and the general public, peculiarities of dialogue between sectors in rural areas of the region, and it analyses the practices of active participation of different sectors in development and implementation of socially significant projects. Methods For the study, I used the methods of systems approach, problem analysis, classification, and comparison. Results The article presents certain results of evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation of the two-and three-sector models of cooperation in rural areas. Conclusions and Relevance Developing a clear mechanism for cooperation is to contribute to the implementation of intersectoral social cooperation in rural areas. Some conclusions and provisions of this work can be used by municipal entities to improve the efficiency of implementation of projects and programs on development of the territory.
