The strategic analysis of influence of budgetary deficiency on development of the North-Caucasian federal district regions

In the work different aspects of the appearance of budget gap in the regions of North-Caucasian federal region are analyzed, deficiencies in the mechanism of inter-budget relations and their influence on the realization of regional strategies of development are determined. The conclusion is made that for improving the inter-budget relations is expedient the introduction of the mechanisms of the budgeting, oriented to the result.
