Article examines the basic parameters of the financial market of Russia in 2010 ; which becomes one of the priority sectors of economy. The effectiveness of control of financial market can have an effect on the total effectiveness of state economic policy. By the author are analyzed basic directions and tasks of strategy of the development of the financial market for the Russian Federation until 2020, basic events 2010.
