In the article the factors of formation of the income and expenses of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation are considered, and the methodology of their forecasting is offered. The analysis of structure and dynamics of the income and expenses of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and factors of their education in 1998-2011 is submitted.
