Housing loans in Russia at present stage: competitive environment and prospects

In the article the current state of the market lending in Russia in the context of the characteristics of the mortgage transactions, the existing housing needs of the Russians are considered. The preconditions of formation of the federal system of refinancing are investigated, the prospects one - and two-level system of securitization of mortgage assets in Russia are estimated.
