A cluster model of modern banking system integration

The authors point out that the modern economy generates the new integration forms and interconnections such as clusters. Banks become integrated to enhance their impact on the territories financial development. This process is associated primarily with the presence of institutional and systematic problems of the infrastructure cluster development, which requires high concentration of financial assets and liabilities in state-owned banks and requires an increase of private regional banks financial stability. This paper identifies and substantiates the prerequisites of integration of regional banks for inter-regional projects implementation in new organizational cluster structures, as well as the types of bank structures defining the investment attractiveness of clusters.
