The article covers the main questions associated with foreign practice of the macro economical instrument application for credit organization: sale of shares, recapitalization, plan of the financial stability recovering and debt restructuring. The article discusses the Russian instruments application practice for credit organization management, i.e. financial recovery, work of temporary administration, reorganization and license withdrawal.
