Local credit bureaus established to reduce credit risks

The article deals with the vital issues of improving the efficiency of the credit process as the most important factor of the economic growth and the optimal lending infrastructure throughout the country. The author studied the way the lending potential in the Orel region is unlocked. She suggested a concept meant to create a system of local credit bureaus in order to solve monitoring and risks mitigation issues in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
