Prerequisites of corporate control in banking institutions

The article studies the issue of conteptualization of corporate control mechanisms in banks. The author concludes that subjects and objects of corporate control depend on the respective concept of corporate management used by the bank. The system of corporate control includes: internal unilateral control; bilateral control; focused control; outsidel unilateral control.
