Necessity of introduction of multibank contributions as tool of national system of insurance of bank contributions for the purpose of activization of process of transformation of savings of the population in the investment for development of real sector of economy is proved. In article the scheme of functioning of regional interbank association on work with the multibank contribution is presented.
