The subordinate loan: the questions of the theory and the bank practice

In the article are being investigated historical and theoretical aspects of the using of the subordinate loan as element of the equity capital of the bank, it is being offered the classification of the subordinate loans. The conclusion is made that relations concerning granting and receptions of the subordinate loans could have the differently directed consequences both for the concrete bank, and for the national bank system and the national economy as a whole.
