In the article research of features of an assessment of investment appeal of the enterprises is presented. The author's approach which includes the analysis of existing techniques and a choice of the most optimum according to a strategic orientation of investment activity of the investor is created. It will allow the investor not only to choose the most effective technique of an assessment of investment appeal of object of investment, but also to follow the specific direction of development.
