In the article is devoted to the problems connected with attraction on stock market of long-term investors. As a target segment is the population of Russia. For clarification of the relation to a given form of investment research in dynamics of years which allowed to reveal features of investment behavior and to designate the reasons disturbing to arrival of the mass private investor on stock market are presented.
