In article as a result of modeling of cluster system of reproduction of fixed capital of the enterprise definition "innovative reproduction of means of labor" is formulated. The ratios, allowing to establish quantitative value of potential of innovative reproduction of fixed capital of the enterprise are received. The executed researches have allowed revealing conditions of realization of innovative reproduction of fixed capital of the enterprise.
