The article "Features of formation of customer loyalty in today's banks" is devoted to the identification and analysis of factors influencing the behavior of bank customers. Work on detection of formation of client loyalty features and definition of the modern methods of stimulation of demand is carried out. The main task of any bank in the competitive environment is not saturated with customer demand, and to build long-term relationships with their customers.
