Prospects for development monetary and credit policy in Russia: concept and resources

In the article it is noted that the corresponding financial mechanisms are necessary for minimization of influence of world financial shocks on the Russian economy. For this purpose it is necessary to change approach and extent of participation of a banking system during the periods of crises. This system (besides habitual crediting) has to have resources and financial assistance techniques to the Russian business. Therefore creation of system of financial stabilization and the fund of financial stabilization (FFS) is advisable.
