In the article evolution of system of the organization of microcredit of citizens in the Russian Empire, the Soviet Union, the Russian Federation in aspect of availability of loan resources to potential clients is considered. The competitive market of microcredit of modern Russia is analyzed, the recommendations on its improvement are offered.
