Transformation of purposes and functions of the Bank of Russia in modern conditions

In the article the analysis of change of functions of the central bank for the entire period of its existence is carried out. On the basis of the points of view of domestic scientists author's classification of the main functions inherent in the central bank is offered. Attempt of definition of opportunity and efficiency of strengthening of supervising functions from Bank of Russia is made.
