Documentary registration of a percentage loan

In article it is noted that the loan relations are an integral part of economic activity of any organizations. Delivery of percentage loans leads not only to preservation of the available monetary capital, but also to attraction of the income. Therefore, the issue of documentation of loans is still relevant to the present.The main problems in registration of loan agreements are considered. Arbitration practice on disputed issues of the loan relations is analyzed, possible risks are revealed. Conclusions on registration of the most important clauses of the contract are drawn, versions of formulations are given.
