Technique optimization of involvement process private vip-clients of service in commercial bank

For modern commercial bank the client carrying the status "VIP" is essential. Involvement of the VIP-client is one of the main tasks of all services of the credit organization. In this regard it is obviously necessary to estimate expediency of involvement of Private VIP-client service in commercial bank. For optimization of this process the corresponding matrix of the purposes is presented, and the given algorithm of selection of VIP clients, in turn, will help to provide maintenance of stable functioning of bank, will allow to expand client base and to increase a range of banking services used by VIP clients.
