Article is devoted to improvement of a premandatory stage at the organization of the syndicated crediting. Algorithms of pricing of a syndicated loan are developed for the borrower with addressing and not addressing bonds, improvements are brought in the main conditions and the provision of a syndicated loan, and also in the contract on the financing organization.
