Payment non-bank credit organizations as subject of competitive fight in domestic banking market

In the article features of activity of the payment non-bank credit organizations (PNBCO) in the modern Russian highly competitive banking market are considered, competitive influence of PNKO on the banking market is investigated. Evolution of the modern payment systems constructed on the address of electronic money is analyzed; features of the current legislation regarding possibility of acceptance of participation of PNKO in gray economy are estimated.
