The article considers the interrelation of corporate social responsibility and transparency of banking institutions, recent trends of development of the market of banking services, initiatives of national and international regulators. The author concludes that additional requirements for disclosure of information need to be supplemented with measures for ensuring availability of information opened by banks to all interested participants of the market.
