Application of lean-technology elements in of VIP client services for commercial bank

The article notes that to increase profitability of operations of modern Russian banks with VIP-clients and build their customer base it is necessary to implement a set of measures to improve the quality of services. The author approves of that application lean-technologies in service of VIP clients as analysis of a stream of values and method of mistake prevention (poka-yoke) will allow the domestic credit organizations to increase significantly efficiency of the activity and to achieve steady competitive advantages in the Russian and world markets of banking services.
