Informatively-financial environment as factor of spatial organization of economy

Summary of the author's definition of a new economic category - information-financial environment is given in the article. The features of the organization of the environment and its influence on the content of the innovative development of regional economy are presented. A methodology for the study of information and content of financial environment, taking into account the asymmetry of markets, as well as, the latest identified infocommunication and financial instruments that reduce the degree of asymmetry in the market in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are proposed. Particular attention is paid to data processing algorithm for monitoring the density of information and financial environment of the region.
