Foreign experience of participatory orientation of public administration

In the article relevance and timeliness of participative orientation of the public administration aimed at realization of the principles of transparency of activity of the power is reasoned. Experience of introduction of participative approach at all levels of system of public management in the leading countries of the world is considered. Measures for further development of the Russian participative mechanism of public management for improvement of activity of executive authorities are offered.
