In the article the system approach to the organization of production of milk is analyzed, the main objectives are determined by its improvement. On the example of the concrete region such indicators of production, as a cattle livestock, milk yield, level of purchase prices, etc. are investigated. In the Udmurt Republic it is offered to make use of positive experience of the European Union countries for the cardinal solution of problems of dairy production.
