Subject. The article considers problems of adapting antitrust legislation to new economic conditions, in which there is an active development of digital technologies.
Objectives. The aim is to systematize specific features of the market of electronic platforms.
Methods. We employ methods of systems, comparative, structural, and logical analysis.
Results. Digital technologies are an integral part of assets of many firms. They form competitive advantages. Electronic platforms are tools for multilateral interaction between suppliers and consumers, but the development of these platforms increases the risk of monopolies and oligopolies.
Conclusions. It is necessary to develop mechanisms for establishing the fact of company's dominant position in the market of electronic platforms.
