System aspects of development of business in a mobile communication

Despite present adverse economic circumstances, branch from communication continues to develop actively. So, the largest Russian operator the company «Mobile Telesystems», having reported before shareholders about work results in 2008, declared record results - the income has constituted more than 10 bln. dollars USA, net profit - an order 2 bln. dollars. In the present work are identified system laws of development of the market of the cellular communication, representing itself as bases for the further research of branch, in particular, forecasting of the basic tendencies of its development. The conclusion about necessity of application of systems approach not only on макро and mesolevels, but in many cases and at microlevel with reference to investigated objects and processes is reasonable.
