Subject This article considers the issues of building an effective innovation infrastructure focused on the development of interregional cooperation and the use of regional potential to create an innovative product. Objectives The article aims to develop a model of innovation infrastructure for the integration of resource potential of regions. Methods For the study, we used the methods of statistical, logical, and economic analyses, and the systems approach. Results The article theoretically substantiates the element base of innovation infrastructure for the integration of various socio-economic and institutional subsystems of regions. It describes the content of the categories Innovation infrastructure and Innovation infrastructure for integration of resource potential. The article also assesses the innovation infrastructure of the Siberian Federal District. Relevance The conclusions made and the results obtained can be applied for expansion of interregional relations, reduction of the level of differentiation of regions on the basis of integration of their resource potential, development of the innovation component of the national economy, and realization of spatial development strategy of the areas.
