Subject. This article discusses the optimization of management of the fisheries complex enterprises of Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to develop measures to stimulate the technological development of the fisheries industry and evaluate the benefits of digital platforms that can help systematize the data necessary for making management decisions.
Methods. For the study, we used the methods of comparative, statistical, and logical analyses.
Results. The article substantiates the necessity to build a digital platform for the fisheries complex, which involves the creation of situational centers united into a single ecosystem. Such situational centers can help control the cooperation of all participants in production, processing, and sales of products through access to the necessary information in real time.
Conclusions. The results of the study can be used to implement platform solutions for various sectors of the Russian economy.
