Subject. This article discusses the issues of cooperation between the authorities and the population, as well as the development of the digital economy.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the impact of digital services on the socio-economic development of a large city and the optimization of management processes at the municipal level.
Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article finds that the introduction of an ecosystem of urban services in St. Petersburg contributes to an increase in the level of cooperation between citizens and authorities, improving access to information in the city.
Relevance. The results of the study can be used in the process of designing strategies for the development of regional (city) digital platforms.
