Preliminary feasibility study of mergers and acquisitions on basis of analysis of hierarchies' possible synergies

In the article the mechanism of synergistic effects in integrated commercial structures and formulated the notion of synergy the integration capacity of the company is considered. The method for the prior justification mergers and acquisitions built hierarchical based model of decision-making on integration by the criterion of ability to achieve synergistic effects is developed.
