Regional Inter-Budget Relations Analysis (Case Study: Krasnoyarsk Region)

Inter-budget relations being an independent system, require appropriate data processing and recording, results analysing and estimating their efficiency. Current inter-budget relations analysis is a part of budget analysis. Unfortunately, today the special economical studies cover these topics insufficiently, demanding the further research in this direction. We find the works following by the following authors to deserve attention: O.V. Vrublevskaya, V.I. Klistorin, V.A. Beskrovnaya. Tasks of budget analysis and calculation methods for certain financial condition are described in the works by G.B. Polyak. The first list of indicators directly describing inter-budget relations was given in the Methods of financial condition and quality of finance management by the Russian Federation constituent entities and municipal bodies, issued by the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
