Factorial stochastic analysis of bonus payments to management personnel

The article suggests flexible system of bonuses to supervisory personnel of an organization establishing dependency among bonuses of top-managers and end-result work of a company by example of OAO “NLMK” with the help of correlated analysis main factors are marked which are most closely connected with remuneration of labor and reimbursement of personnel and influencing on results of activity of a commercial organization. A model of calculation of bonuses to supervisory personnel of OAO “NLMK” with the help of Fuzzy Logic Toolbox in the Matlab programming environment.
