In the recession of investment in construction is necessary to seek ways to enhance the investment process, enabling creative and effective activities of the parties to promote healthy competition and diversified economic development. This item includes a model partnership between the private and public sectors, offered a form of public private partnership in the construction industry. The necessity of forming integrated structures involving business, government and municipal entities, substantiated that the interaction of these parties transaktivnye reduces costs, as a whole contributes to the rational solution of problems in the construction sector.
