Some aspects of the program of innovative development in the Russian Federation

The relevance of the article is determined by the need to find an additional resource for innovative development of the domestic economy. At the current stage of development needs of venture funding and program-specific provision clearly do not match. The author proposes a set of measures for more effective development of the innovation process in the real sector of economy regions of Russia.
