This article presents an analysis of the existing financial planning system on the automotive industry, domestic enterprises for example group of companies "AVTOVAZ", proposed modalities for the preparation and adoption of the budget, it is presented to the principles and criteria for the placement and use of process oriented financial planning for businesses.
