Tool methods of estimation updating Russian airpark of passenger planes

In the article theoretical justification of the reasons of inefficient functioning of the majority of the Russian airlines caused by outdated types of aircrafts is presented. The economic-mathematical tools of a choice of the aircraft for any regional company needing updating of fleet in the conditions of limitation of resources are offered.
