The accounting of intra step distribution of financial stream at assessment of efficiency of investment projects in non-stationary economy of Russia

In connection with the innovation thrust of world economy, the problem of creating algorithms to better assess the effectiveness of investment projects has gained prominence in recent times. In the article algorithms of calculation of coefficients of distribution are specified. The new model of an assessment of efficiency of investment projects in case of seasonal distribution of a financial stream in a step is developed.
