Economy of time is considered by P. Samuelson and G. Becker as an aspect of human capital as the freedom of choice between wages and employment in the household. Today's economy requires a new appreciation of the importance of fundamental analysis. The question of finding a methodological decisions and recommendations for research, teaching and use of economy of time is very important for science.
