Increase of energy efficiency and prospect of development of renewable power

High level of subsidizing is as a tool of decrease in real cost of "dirty" power and a barrier to development of renewable and programs on energy efficiency. At preservation of a present consumption level of energy available stocks will be settled in the foreseeable future that mean the need of transition to new, alternative power engineering.
