Subject The article addresses the health food services, their importance at the present time. Objectives The aim of the study is to review possibilities and assess prospects for implementing projects for healthy nutrition organization at fitness centers. Methods We employ results of our sociological survey, methods of generalization, comparative analysis, induction, and decomposition. Results The study reveals that the mid-range segment and regional market of fitness centers are the most important factors in opening the healthy food caf?s at fitness centers. Conclusions Despite the fact that the Russian market of fitness services is underdeveloped as compared to other countries, the demand for these services continues increasing. Therefore, the sector has a high potential for growth. The development of a healthy food caf? network at fitness centers will solve the dietary problem for people who want to live a healthy lifestyle.
