Subject. The article addresses production processes at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, in which elements of digitalization are introduced.
Objectives. The purpose is to assess production process efficiency, in which digitalization elements is introduced, at agro-industrial complex enterprises.
Methods. The study employs abstract-logical, monographic, and graphical methods.
Results. We studied and analyzed the transformation of the concept of digitalization, analyzed models of digitalization implementation at various enterprises, offered an algorithm to implement digitalization at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. We reviewed and systematized factors hindering the implementation of digitalization processes, proposed a system for evaluating the effectiveness of digital technologies introduction.
Conclusions. The system for efficiency evaluation will help analyze production processes that include elements of digitalization, identify possible problems, and assess production potential for the future.
