Financial return of the fixed capital as result efficient amortization politicians

In the article the dynamics of the reproduction of basic capital in 2002-2008 yr. is analyzed. The logic of the coordination of amortization and tax flows is substantiated and its formalization is given. The circulation of the depreciation allowances in the process of the formation of amortization resource is built and its influence on the clean flow of money of the subject of management is evaluated.
