Restructuring financial traffics of investment building complex oriented on production's modernization

In this article substantiated the necessity of using qualitative new long-term financial investments in material-technical base development and the infrastructure of investment building complex, which can creates the base of innovation economy as of the using more effective technologies, so of the input operation capacity's production in other industries of national economy. For this purpose the creation of structures which have possibility to involve financial resources from different sources is offered, i.e. to carry out multichannel financing.
