State financial transfers as source of individuals' incomes: essence and features in the Russian Federation

Important element of the state social and financial policy is financial transfers to the population. Recipients of transfers are various categories of citizens for which financial receipts from the state are one of the main a source of the income. In the article the main types of the state financial transfers to the population in the Russian Federation, category of recipients and feature of granting are investigated.
